I acknowledge that when I become a Member of ABC Club, that I will abide by the Constitution and the Club’s By-Laws.
I agree that I will be bound by the Constitution of ABC Club and any By-Laws which may be changed from time to time.
I also acknowledge that in accepting an application of membership with ABC Club, that I will be subject to the Australian handicapping system and my handicap may be reviewed in the absolute discretion of the Board.
I accept that I will have no right to make any representations to the handicapper before any decision is made to review my handicap and that there will be no appeal whatsoever from any decision of the Board in relation to a review of my handicap.
I have never had a golf handicap suspended by a recognised governing body for the sport (Golf NSW, Golf Australia or equivalent)

Statement:
Please note that in making an application for membership with ABC Club, you acknowledge and accept tat you will be a subject to the Australian Handicap System handicapping rules and regulations. Your handicap may be reviewed in the absolute direction of the General Committee/Board on the basis of any cards returned in any competition. By making the application to the Club, you also expressly acknowledge and agree that you will have no right to make any representations to the handicapper before any decision is made to review your handicap and there shall be no appeal whatsoever from any decision of the General Committee/Board in relation to review of your handicap. Further, by making this application to the Club, you authorise ABC Club to request from any Club of which you are currently or were currently a member for a reference relating to such membership. You also acknowledge that if you are admitted as a member, that you will be bound to the Constitution and By-Laws of ABC Golf Club.
